Meet Brian K. Bridges, Ph.D.
Brian K. Bridges, Ph.D., is an accomplished higher education leader with more than two decades of experience in higher education, research, public policy, and organizational leadership.
Most recently, he served as New Jersey's Secretary of Higher Education, where he led statewide initiatives focused on expanding educational opportunity, improving student outcomes, and strengthening institutional collaboration. Previously, he served as Vice President of Research and Member Engagement at the United Negro College Fund (UNCF), where he directed initiatives supporting institutional capacity and student success.
Throughout his career, Dr. Bridges has worked closely with college presidents, governing boards, nonprofit leaders, policymakers, and education organizations to develop innovative solutions that advance institutional effectiveness and expand educational opportunity.
